Powering ancillary revenue at Pegasus Airlines
Pegasus Airlines selected Planitas as their preferred technology partner for the AI-driven optimisation of ancillary revenue, building on our deep ancillary domain expertise.
Real-time analytics, AI-powered ancillary management, and optional services filing — on one platform, built for how commercial teams really work.
Planitas combines real-time pricing intelligence with AI-driven ancillary optimisation — giving revenue teams the tools to act decisively and at scale.
Monitor fares, inventory, and ancillaries across every route, fare class, and channel from a single view. Spot uplift opportunities the moment they appear, understand the demand signals behind them, and act with confidence before the window closes — turning real-time data into commercial decisions your team can defend.
Test, learn, and scale pricing strategies with confidence across every ancillary product and bundle in your offer — baggage, seats, flexibility, catering, lounge access, and beyond. ARM gives you full control over offer design and execution, no matter how your portfolio evolves.
Connect Planitas to your PSS, revenue management system, and data warehouse with minimal overhead. Pre-built connectors handle the heavy lifting on day one, while a documented API gives your engineering team the flexibility to extend the platform on their own terms — so you go from contract signed to first commercial insight in weeks, not months.
Move from reactive reporting to autonomous decisioning. The Planitas AI engine continuously optimises pricing across your network — operating within the commercial guardrails, business rules, and constraints your team defines, so the model delivers revenue gains without ever stepping outside your strategy.
Whether your priority is pricing intelligence, hands-on ancillary management, or efficient ATPCO filing, Planitas has a solution tailored to your commercial team.
Know what's happening. Know what to do next.
Revenue Intelligence gives commercial teams a live view of revenue performance across every route, channel, and passenger segment. From load factor trends to yield breakdowns to ancillaries, every insight is actionable — backed by AI that surfaces what matters before you have to look for it.
Design, test, and scale what works.
ARM is the full AI-powered ancillary management layer — from offer design to market-wide rollout. Build pricing experiments in minutes, let AI models continuously learn from passenger behaviour, and automatically promote winning strategies across your network. No bottlenecks, no guesswork.
Filing made fast, accurate, and auditable.
File ATPCO Optional Services — seats, baggage, and beyond — efficiently and without errors. A visual editor lets your team build pricing rules without hand-coding, while built-in file generation, verification, and full audit trail keep every submission traceable and compliant.
Generic revenue tools weren't designed for airline complexity. Planitas was.
Our data architecture mirrors the real structure of airline revenue — routes, fare classes, booking curves, ancillary categories — not a generic SaaS abstraction. That means less translation work for your data team and faster time to insight from day one.
Most teams see measurable results within the first 60 days. Pre-built connectors, a structured onboarding programme, and a dedicated implementation team remove the usual friction — so your commercial team starts seeing revenue impact while typical rollouts are still kicking off.
99.9% uptime SLA, ISO/IEC 27001:2023 certified information security, and a dedicated support team for mission-critical airline operations. Independently audited, formally accredited, and built to satisfy the procurement standards of the world's most security-conscious carriers.
The Planitas optimisation engine takes pricing decisions autonomously — but always within the boundaries your team defines. Set the rules, constraints, and commercial guardrails up front, and the model operates strictly inside them. Full visibility on every decision, no black-box surprises.
Whether you operate 20 routes or 2,000, the Planitas architecture scales without degradation as your network grows. Multi-hub, multi-currency, and multi-channel support is included from day one — so you never have to migrate, replatform, or pay a "scale tier" surcharge as you expand.
AI models retrain on your own operational data continuously, adapting to seasonal shifts, market disruptions, and network changes — without requiring manual intervention from your team. The platform you ship today is meaningfully better six months from now, and again six months after that.
Planitas' expertise and ancillary domain knowledge were essential to their selection as our preferred technology partner for the optimisation of Pegasus' ancillary revenue.

Planitas was founded by a team with deep roots in airline commercial operations and enterprise software. We saw firsthand how hard it was for revenue managers to act on the data they had — and how much opportunity was being left on the table.
Our mission is to give every airline commercial team the tools, intelligence, and confidence to make better pricing decisions — faster. From regional carriers to global networks.
